When We Are Closed

If you need to see a doctor outside normal surgery hours, our out of hours cover is provided by Harmoni on 111.

Alternatively, you can attend the Walk-in Centre at Ashford Hospital, which is open 24 hours a day. Please note that the walk-in centre is not suitable for children less than 2 years of age or pregnancy problems.

Free expert health advice is always available from NHS 111; visit the website here.

Please note the out-of-hours service is not for routine consultations that could wait until the surgery re-opens, test results or repeat prescriptions

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
